Welcome to The Move Experience. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. General These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through www.themove-experience.com. The Move Experience is registered in the Netherlands (KvK: 85242489, VAT: NL004068983B24).

2. Products We offer beauty and personal care products. All products are described as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to limit quantities, modify products, or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you submit a request to purchase products from The Move Experience. An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been sent.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or other exceptional circumstances.

We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout.

5. Shipping We ship within the EU. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not automatically entitle customers to cancellation, refunds, or compensation.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU) As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at info@themove-experience.com. You may use the standard EU withdrawal form, though it is not obligatory.

Return costs are at your expense unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery. This applies to certain beauty and personal care products.

7. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns and refunds.

8. Legal Warranty Consumers are entitled to the statutory warranty rights applicable under European Union consumer law. This means that products must conform to the contract and meet reasonable expectations regarding quality and performance.

9. Liability The Move Experience is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages resulting from incorrect use of products.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Privacy We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Dispute Resolution The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform for consumers: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

12. Governing Law These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
